Hi, my elderly mother and Father in law have received a letter from you saying they are bingo disconnect due to the non payment mobile phone bill. They have never had a mobile account with you. My Father in law name is: Terence Chaplin, The reference being quoted is [MOD EDIT: PERSONAL INFORMATION REMOVED] and the amount is £20.85. Please can this be investigated as a matter of urgency as they are extremely worried about this.
