I am trying to upgrade my mobile as I have payed off my contract and due an upgrade. I have selected the phone and data package that I wish to get and selected all other options from the shopping basket. when I get to the final stage however it tells me I have to phone in to upgrade. why can this not all be done online-especially as all the covid status say to try resolve all issues online. can you direct me how to get this done fully online please?
