Upgrading from sim only to pay monthly phone contract
I am currently on a sim only contract, I'm looking to upgrade to a pay monthly that includes a phone. What is the best way to go about this? The upgrade options online redirect me to a call centre, and the call centre redirects me back online as it's closed due to coronavirus.
Should I just cancel my sim only and take out the phone contract as a new customer? Is Virgin even shipping phones at this moment in time?
