I am overseas at the moment and have received an email explaining I need to upgrade my SIM.
Is there anyone from the Virgin team that can help me with this?
It is difficult to call from overseas due to cost and time difference. I've been paying my monthly bill while being away (since 2019). I need to keep this mobile number.
I heard I can have the SIM posted to a UK address and a Virgin Team member can activate for me. Is this possible?
Thanks for posting on our community forums. We can certainly help you with this issue and get a new sim card ordered to a UK address for you.

Just a quick note to advised you your new sim card has been ordered and activated straight away at your request. We have sent the sim card to your nominated address.
Once you are back in the UK you can use the sim as normal. Just to advised due to your request your current sim will stop working automatically as we advised.
