Upgrading Query

Hi,

I just have two quick questions about upgrading my mobile phone.

1) Will my existing phone number be automatically transferred to my new phone and SIM?

2) Will my existing contract (30-day rolling airtime contract only) automatically end with the upgrade, or do I need to manually cancel it?

Never mind, I managed to get through on the web chat. For anyone else wondering the same things:

1) Yes

2) Yes, but it will automatically refresh on your next monthly refresh date.

Congratulations Serafina.
This suggests you actually managed to get your SIM package upgraded?? Lucky you.
My upgrade process got stalled by a "flag" on my account. No idea what/why, simply meant unable to proceed further.
Seems I'm not alone in having this issue😢
