Upgraded to new phone

Hi I upgraded to the new s21 yesterday, I haven't yet been given an arrival date of the new phone but from midnight my sim in my current phone has been deactivated. This has now left me without any phone( both contracts with virgin) can the sim be reactivated until my new phone arrives?

Thank you for posting and welcome to the community.

I am sorry to hear of the upgrade issue. From what you're saying, unfortunatley it does sound like it's been done wrong in terms of the SIM part of the upgrade. If it's been de-activated, we wouldn't be able to re-activate it I'm afraid. I will however, send you a PM to get some details, so I can give an informed answer in this matter.
