Upgraded to more mobile data & new phone

On 10th Oct I upgraded for a new mobile data plan 100GB and new phone - signed up for 3 years, got a text that day to confirm I have upgraded and new package will begin today 25/11/2020. But it appears it hasn’t gone through as still paying the SAME tariff as before and got same mobile data - 40GB today. 

Please can you confirm my upgrade has gone through and when I will receiving my new phone.
