Upgrade parked due to error

I recently went to do an early upgrade on my phone and paid off the rest of my contract. Everything seemed to be okay but the page froze so I had to do it again. Once I did I made my payment and things went through but the order was parked. Contacting virgin they said there was an error so my order got parked and they are going to try and resolve it. I was told 2 hours, then 24 hours, now it’s been 48 hours and still nothing. It’s rather frustrating as I have no idea what’s going on considering as well I made a chunk payment to pay off the rest of my contract to early upgrade and nothing? The customer service is shockingly bad

Sorry to hear you're having some issues but we will do our best to get this sorted for you. 

 

Just to clarify, what was it that you ordered Eg: What phone did you order? 
 

Has there been any update with this? Have you received an email to state that your order is on your way yet with any tracking at all? 

 

We just want to get a further insight into this.
