Hi, my contract end for my phone in june and was wondering how to transfer things over to my new phone even if my iCloud hasn’t updated several pictures and videos. And would i be able to trade in my current phone (iphone 7) to something else which is apple ?

Hi @Robertmun12 thanks for your post here in the community.

If your new phone is also an iPhone, I'd recommend contacting Apple on their help pages for full support on this as they'll be able to guide you in full detail.

However, you should be able to do this either via icloud, or by doing a backup when plugging the phone into a computer, and then re-transferring the file into your new phone.
