If your new phone is also an iPhone, I'd recommend contacting Apple on their help pages for full support on this as they'll be able to guide you in full detail.
However, you should be able to do this either via icloud, or by doing a backup when plugging the phone into a computer, and then re-transferring the file into your new phone.
