Posting this on Behalf of my wife. She has recieved a letter asking her to upgrade her Sim Card or be cut off. New Sim and number supplied. The letter states a phone number number if free text messaged, data etc. It is not my wife's number. We phoned Virgin explaining the situation. First we got told it was an error and would not receive any more. But received another letter a few weeks later. Phoned them again and was told "we will investigate" but nothing got resolved. This has been going on for around 5 or 6 months. But here we are again another letter. This is now getting ridiculous and causing my wife much distress. Has anyone else had the same issue?
Sorry to hear about the confusion caused from a letter we have sent. Can you clarify whether it's a letter we sent to you with details about a mobile package but it's different to your wife's number? Is the name different or is it just the mobile number that is different? When you spoke to the agent, what else did they say?
