I’ve just changed my package with Virgin Mobile on an iPhone 6. I’ve had no service now for 2 days. Whenever I click the message to update network settings, nothing happens. Can anyone tell me what I need to do please?

I'm so sorry to hear you are facing this issue. Can I ask if you have checked our forum post here on how to set your APN settings for data?
