Unsolicited mobile contract

I applied to vivid 100 (net + phone) on 27.Jan.19 and yesterday on 29.Jan.19, I have received a letter (as attached) & sim card with an unsolicited 24 month mobile contract. Never talked about that on the phone. Still VM forcefully give that to me. Please cancel. mobile no. is **********

Thanks for getting in touch about the unwanted SIM card and my apologies about this.

To arrange to discuss this with our teams please call them via 0345 6000 789 where they can look at cancelling this SIM option.

I am sorry but this is not a function we can offer via the forums.
