Unlocking virgin handset after o2 switch

Hello,

After being switched from virgin mobile to o2, my mobile is network locked.

O2 are unable to unlock it as they cannot find the device. I am still paying monthly for the device to Virgin.

Could virgin please get in touch to help unlock this device?
