I get this after putting in a Public Mobile Sim. Purchased from virgin but never used a Virgin sim on the phone.

How do I get this phone unlocked? Also, why the hell is virgin selling locked phones anyways?

Strange....no iPhone 13's are sold locked in the UK. However, you mention Public Mobile so I suspect you are in Canada.

Virgin Canada and Virgin UK are two totally different companies
