Unlocking SIM while abroad

Unfortunately, after 10 attempts our SIM has been locked while in NZ. We don't want to have to get a new SIM and then organise for it to be sent here. VM are you able to unlock this for us?

If you've got the PIN wrong you can use a PUK to unlock it. If you've got the PUK wrong 10 times the SIM is permanently dead and needs to be replaced
