Unlimited calls and spending cap?

Hi. I've got unlimited calls and texts but appear to have reached my spending cap. How is this possible? I've got loads of data left too so its not that.

On the home screen it says 'Call time used, 414 minutes out of...' but I can't click on it for any more details, nor for my texts, only for data.

Any ideas??

Re: Unlimited calls and spending cap?

Spending cap is to ensure you don't go over any allowance by making calls/texts in which you'd be charged over your cap for. For example if you have a spending cap of £1 and have sent 2 picture messages then you won't be able to send more as you get charged about 50p per picture message sent over SMS.
This can be changed in the Mobile App or via logging in to your Virgin Mobile account online.
