I had a £5.99 payment taken yesterday through my virgin mobile but cannot see what this payment is for? I am on ultimate oomph package so there should be no charge as mobile included in my tv and internet package.
I have never had any other charges come through for my mobile. My spending cap is set to only use monthly allowances.
When looking at the payment history, I can only see it was £5.99. No details about what this payment is for.
