Before I do send this, I just wanted to make you aware that I've already taken a quick glance at your services and can see there is an outage currently in your area that you may not have known about. The issue seems to be an SNR outage which affects TV, Broadband and Landline services and the estimated fix date/time is 06 JAN 2023 by 14:00. You can use our service status page to see any updates.

Hi @TardinessEnigma thanks for your post here in the Community although we're sorry to hear of the concerns you've raised.
Unfortunately, we was unable to assist earlier in the year despite the invite to PM, unfortunately the Stream box was incompatible with the Samsung universal remote.
