After cancelling my phone contract within the 14 days cooling off period, why has my direct debit still been charged?

Sorry to see there's been confusion over the cancellation of the services and the continuation of the billing
Can you tell me if you took out a handset loan with the SIM card or if this was a SIM only contract?
