So I checked my bank statement today and I have a £14 charge from ‘Virgin Mobile’ today. The weird thing is I don’t have a virgin account or device nor have I ever had one; I’ve asked my family and friends if there’s been a mix up and none of them are with Virgin either. Since I literally don’t use these services I would like to request a refund, I really hope someone can help, thanks.
