Unable to use roaming in the Isle of Man

Hello,

I'm visiting family in the Isle of Man but my phone won't allow me to make calls, texts etc. It is stuck on 'emergency calls only.

I've previously used my virgin mobile here without any trouble by using the sim tools app... but that has disappeared, as other people on here have posted about.

I have followed the guidance here (more than 24 hours ago):

Please has anyone found a solution to this problem?

If I can't sort this I will have to change provider because I'm on the IOM quite a lot and need a working phone service.

Hi Helen,

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, sorry to hear you have no Network while Roaming in the Isle of Man.

So I can help further I will send you an invite into a private chat, in the mean time can you try removing the sim and if able try in a different phone, once you put it back in your phone try a manual Network search.
