Unable to use data in Australia

How can I use my mobile data in Australia I received a text advising me of charges for sending texts etc but not how I can use my allowance. Can anyone help please?

How big is your spending cap? Data is chargeable at £5 per Mb

Hi @Hanony, thanks for your post to us here in the community threads.

Can you kindly confirm what you mean by your allowance - are you referring to minutes (calls) or your mobile data, or perhaps both?

You may need to ensure mobile roaming is turned on for your device for data, but please be prepared that if you do this, you may be subject to charges at the rate @enlli has suggested in his response to you!
