I downloaded a fake DHL app that turned out to be a flubot.
This has now been totally removed from my phone and the phone cleaned. However, Virgin have now disabled my ability to send texts although i can still receive them.

Do you get any type of error when trying to send a message?
How do you know they're not being sent?

I get an orange circle with an exclamation mark in it and a message saying failed.

Have you taken a look at our Mobile Troubleshooting page to see if this can help with your SMS issues?
Have you been able to reboot your Mobile Phone to see if this can help? Please check that your mobile is on the most up to date software as well.

I belive this has been done by virgin from their end due to the earlier flubot issue.
They have resticted my messaging to receive only.
I can still send texts.
