Unable to retrieve new SIM stuck in overseas

I am unable to retrieve my new SIM send to my home address in UK but I am stuck in Singapore due to the current Pandemic. I couldn't find an email to request for the new SIM to be forwarded to my Singapore address. My old Virgin UK SIM has now been deactivated and disrupted. Can someone help me with this matter?

Hello

I am afraid that VM cannot send out a SIM when you are not in the UK, also as all SIMs are sent unactivated it will be a problem as all SIMs need to be activated on the home UK network only, the only way around this is for VM to send SIM to a friend / family for them to place SIM in phone too activate it and then your friend / family to forward the SIM to you.

Can you lets the forum know and a VM forum staff member can arrange to send SIM to a friend / family.

We're not able to send SIM cards to overseas addresses, do you have anyone who can send the SIM card to you from a UK address? As we can send another SIM card to a UK address of someone who can do this for you?

That is the SIM cards all sorted for you now, they'll arrive within 3-5 days so they can either be sent to you or you can wait until you get back.
