Unable to register virgin mobile account

As the title states. Trying for 2 days. 2 long calls to customer service. Get message check password rules. Keep being advised to check and change passwords by customer service. Still same problem.

Sorry to hear of the issues, I believe on My Virgin Mobile accounts the password should be between 10-12 characters, begin with a letter, include at least one number and have no special characters.
