Unable to register my mobile account

Hi, I'm having the same issue as others. I transferred my mobile number from Vodafone to Virgin several months ago. At the time i tried to set up an account but having entered my mobile number, was then asked for Mothers Maiden name, info I have never supplied and that is as far as I get. Have had another go at the account set up today with the same result.

I am really sorry that you're having some issues setting up your mobile account online, this isn't good. 


We can certainly help with the online account from here, but I will need to pop you a personal message first and grab some details.
