I have a sim as part of my virgin media deal and I want to port my number over but I cannot create a virgin mobile account. When trying to register it asks for an answer to a security question, but I have never set up a security question!.
My issue has been resolved via the text help service - they finally managed to get the 'password' ( read secret answer ) reset for me. It took quite a few texts to get sorted as they kept sending me a link that didn't work but in the end all worked out. You'd think with the number of similar posts of people all having this problem that Virgin would fix it at source but I guess that's too much to ask for! Anyway, best of luck to all those still struggling!
