Unable to register for mobile

Hi,

I have just got a virgin sim, I have tried to register for a virgin mobile account but after I put my mobile number in, I am asked to enter a security answer, but no question is shown. It says to call the help line but I’ve been on hold for ages. 
Can someone assist me please?
it appears this has been a problem for other customers for weeks, I hope you’re working on a fix.

Thanks for your post, have you been able to register for the account since your post at the beginning of the week?

 

Have you attempted to enter the memorable word you would quote characters from when trying to pass data protection when speaking to our team?
