My partner is trying to register to manage his Virgin mobile account. We've managed to get through to the create password stage, then despite creating a 'good' password that gets a green tick, when we try to proceed we get an error message saying to check the password rules. We've checked the rules - it's fine, but we can't get any further. I've tried on another browser but still no success.
