Unable to register account, new oomph sim

Hi hope you can help,

 I received a oomph sim card with my new virgin package, and i am trying to register a new account so i can transfer my old number over to this card as i have the PAC code from old provider. When i go on to register the account i am getting the 'answer a security question' but since i was given the sim with the bundle i have not set up any account previously. I have tried calling 789 as it says on the website but it says office is closed, so i have no idea how to solve this problem so thought i would try on here.

I have the same problem.  Sim not registered on network. Trying to activate online but no joy. Didn't receive text to enter pin number either. Help please. 👍

I am sorry to hear that you are having some issues with your sim not being registered.

 

Please can I ask, what mobile handset do you currently have?
