Unable to register account - Mobile

I am unable to register my virgin mobile account in order to make changes to my mobile plan. 

When I try and register my account it asks me to provide an answer to a security question that isn’t there as seen here

Call centres and the virgin stores in my city are closed due to Covid so I have no way of contacting anyone about this. Please help it is quite urgent.

Hi Nalonekul, I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with the online account and know that it can be quite confusing with no question being asked. The security answer would be the memorable word which you use over the phone. Please let us know if you are still having issues with this or if you have managed to get this resolved -Chris
