Like many others on this board I cannot register my mobile for online services. I have been asked to input the answer to a security question but it does not say what the security question is. Any help would be appreciated.
Had this mobile number for years, so no idea what information I may have given in the past.
Tried your suggestion - no luck. I have called 789 they just said I don't have an account. This is the issue when trying to register for an account:
