Last week my iPhone suddenly stopped receiving verification codes from banks and NHS. No changes have been made to my phone and another phone with a different carrier is working fine. I contacted the virgin customer services and was told that nothing that they could have done has caused this as they have no control over these things. Reading other posts this is obviously untrue and frankly it is a waste of time contacting virgin customer services. I have tried all the changes suggested on line like turning aeroplane mode on and off etc etc.
This must be a virgin problem and I would like some help.
