I've had my SIM for a few months now, all has been great so far. Not sure why but I've not received a text since Monday morning this week.
I've tried restarting my phone, clearing the messaging apps cache and data. I've also tried uninstalling, updating and reinstalling the app. I'm not sure what else I can do. Any advice would be great.
Welcome to our community and thanks for posting. Sorry to hear you're having issues receiving text messages, we understand the inconvenience this can cause.
As you have advised you have already rebooted the handset and done several diagnostics already, have you tried manually resetting the network setting on your handset?
