Hi I’ve recently bought an iPhone 12mini and it worked fine initially with my Virgin SIM only contract but for a few weeks now I have not been able to receive incoming calls. The caller hears a couple of beeps and is then directed to voicemail or cut off. I can still make calls and send and receive text messages. My husband has the same SIM only contract with an iPhone 6s and has no problems. I was wondering if anyone has any advice as to how to resolve this issue. Thanks in advance.
Hi fsodowd, thanks for the message and sorry to hear that you are having issues with the service. Sometimes the phone and sim will not communicate correctly. I will ask that you do a reboot and perform a network search to see if anything changes. Please let us know if you are still having issues following this? - Chris
