Unable to phone support, order parked, need help

Ordered a new iphone SE on pay monthly contract on Monday 10th August. It's now over a full week later and the order is still 'parked' with no contact.

My old phone has broken so without this new one I am unable to make or receive any calls at all, desperately need this new one. Haven't received any email contact about the parked order from virgin. Without a phone i am also unable to phone the support line.

Please help, I am unable to contact my family members because of this.
