Hello, I have a problem where I can receive incoming calls but unable to make outgoing calls as it makes 3 short beeps and the call cuts out.

I thaught I had a problem with my phone so I got a new phone, added my sim and still has this problem, can’t even call virgin media to explain this issue.

Sorry to hear you are having issues making our going calls. We want to do our best to help. Do you get this when calling a certain number or multiple numbers? Have you checked the allowance on your mobile package? https://mobile.virginmedia.com/ecare/login How long has this issue been ongoing?

Hi, so my package shows that I have unlimited texts and unlimited calls with 16 gb of data each month, it’s been a couple of weeks since I needed to call someone and couldn’t make any outgoing calls.
I tried a few different numbers but still having the same issue
