Unable to make or receive calls.

We have two mobiles with Virgin and for the last couple of days we have been unable to make or receive calls. 
I haven’t been able to contact customer services. 
Any ideas what could be wrong?  It’s really worrying having no phone service.

Maybe a network outage. As Virgin use EE for signal, check direct
