I've just moved my number to Virgin Media, and I'm unable to make any outgoing calls.
I can received calls, whatsapp etc but not calls.
unable to contact the support team, any help on this please?

Can you confirm what date you requested the number port?
And what happens when you try to make a call?
It was requested Saturday 31st. Got a txt message saying it was already port and the old one disconnected.
Message, whatsapp, and I received calls are fine but can't make any.
I dial and seems like its going to connect but there is a disconnect sound with all the outgoing calls
