Unable to login to login to Virgin Mobile Account

Every time I try, I get the following error message:

We couldn't reset your password

We think there may be a problem with the email address you’re using. Please check you’re registered and that you’ve typed your email address correctly.

 

I'm receiving my mobile bills to this email, so there's definitely nothing wrong with the email address.

What can I do to fix this and be able to login? Thanks.

HI L-Sv, can you try entering the email in both upper case and lower case and try another browser to see if anything changes? If not then we will proceed to a private message ^Chris

I've tried your suggestions. Nothing changed. Same error message showed up.
