Unable to log onto the mobile app

Hi, I am constantly having an issue with the Virgin Active app (iPhone XR), I enter the correct log in details and it always says "something went wrong" I have had to reset my password a few times now and not I am trying to reinstall the app. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Can you please confirm which app you mean?

 

Our Virgin Connect App, or virgin Active as in the gym?
