Hi! I wonder if anyone can help? Every time I try to log in to my account it doesn’t recognise my email/ tel no or postcode( so I cannot reset a password) and on the app it says my internet is off( which it isn’t) and I’ve had a message today to say I’ve used all my data, which is bonkers because I hardly ever switch my data on!
anyone else with the same problem or can anyone help? I don’t even have an email address for virgin and the phone line has a massive queue.
