Unable to get last Mobile bill from a closed account
I recently checked on my Equifax report and noticed that there is an outstanding bill of about £200. The account was opened in 2013 and closed in 2017.
I have called Equifax to check the debt and they said Virgin mobile are still telling them I owe virgin money, I have called customer support team time, give them the information I received from Equifax but they did not help me.
They asked me about my security questions on the account. which I do not remember. Few times they forwarded my call to the collection team but my details could not come up.
Does anyone know how I can get helped?
Can virgin send the last bill to my current address?
Is there any other ways to solve this issue, I use all credit report company but this is only showing on Equifax
