Unable to connect to internet

Hi,

I have returned from five months abroad and started using my old PAYG sim again. Calls and texts are working fine but I can't connect to the internet via data.

I have bought a bundle with 2gb data earlier today which is active according to the website.

I have also updated the APN settings (auto and manually) and restarted my phone a few times but it can't seem to get a data connection.

I am using a Samsung S6.

Hi Iainmurphy, 

Really sorry that since coming back from abroad you're unable to use a data connection, this isn't good. 

Was the data used at all whilst you were abroad, was this SIM taken with you?

Are you able to try the SIM in another handset to check if data works at all? 


This way we can see if it's the SIM or handset.
