I returned from a trip to Turkey last night but on turning on my phone I have not been able to connect to Virgin mobile since then. Tried it in another phone and have same problem. Wife’s phone also on Virgin connected without a problem.
it was working in Turkey until I hit my spending cap.
I have tried specifying Virgin as my network, rather than automatically, but still doesn’t find it.
I have spoken with VM support but no luck resolving it, so have a new SIM coming in the post, but wondered if anyone had resolved a similar problem.
