I’m having trouble making calls from my virgin mobile.
Each time I make a call it says,
calls to this number cannot be connected at this time please call 789 to talk to an advisor.
obviously no humans work at the 789 call centres at the minute and the text service seems to think I’m talking about wifi. It’s the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had!

I'm very sorry to hear about the issue you're having.
Can you confirm if this is happening in multiple area's? Can you confirm if you have had either a new SIM recently or new handset?
