I'm unable to change my plan online when logged in to my account on a desktop PC.
When I click on the "Change plan" link it just displays a screen saying "Oops something's gone wrong. Please try again in a few minutes". It's been like this for weeks.
I've tried different browsers and different computers and it's always the same.

I am sorry to hear that you have had an issue with changing your package online.
Unfortunately we are not able to change the accounts via the forums, you would need to speak with the team via the phone.
So that I am able to advise you the best team to speak with, please can you confirm, are you looking for a mobile or media plan change?
I am thinking about changing my mobile plan.
Unfortunately it is impossible to get hold of anyone on the phone. I may therefore just have to get a PUK code and change providers.
