I urgently need to access my voicemail but I'm in Spain at the moment and voicemail is asking me for a pin which I dont have! There doesn't seem to be a default code and I havent been able to access any help from virgin mobile customer services due to very long waiting times. The text message helpline hasn't been any use either. I'm becoming more than a bit frustrated. Yes I should have set up a voicemail pin before leaving the UK but I didnt know that!!
