Since changing over to a contract from "pay as you go" I have not been able to sign into my account. I have tried numerous times to change my password but the system says "my number is not recognised!"
One week I phoned the helpline 5 times but to no avail! They said they couldn't help me for one reason or another.
I am still getting bills for the use of my phone so I can't see why customer services can't help.
I see there have been posts from people with similar problems.
