Unable to access my Virgin Mobile account.

Since changing over to a contract from "pay as you go" I have not been able to sign into my account. I have tried numerous times to change my password but the system says "my number is not recognised!"

One week I phoned the helpline 5 times but to no avail! They said they couldn't help me for one reason or another.

I am still getting bills for the use of my phone so I can't see why customer services can't help.

Very frustrating.

I see there have been posts from people with similar problems.

Anybody out there with a solution please?

Are you positive you have a pay as you go contract as you would not receive bills for them?

I think you may have misread my post as I stated that I had changed "over to  a contract from pay as you go."
