Unable to access mobile account.

I am unable to access my account.  My details are not recognised by the system.  I see other people with the same problem, but do far don't see any solutions.

Sorry that you're having some issues accessing your online account, this ins't good. 

Are you trying to register or have you already done this and it won't allow you in?

Have you tried using the forgotten details option?

Hello Emma, I have already registered but get to the point of verifying that I am not a robot and my answer is briefly accepted with a green tick mark and then I keep getting asked over and over to verify to the point that I got locked out.

Hi lindaalexa, 

Thanks for getting back to us, can you confirm are you registered or trying to register and it brings you to the captia screen? If you are already registered when was the last time you had access to your account? Have you tried using a different browser/device
